Roots.

Guiding you to balance and wellness through movement, Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound healing, and food therapy—integrating Eastern and Western science with Caribbean-European tradition to support hormonal health, migraines, gut wellness, and whole-body harmony.

I began experiencing migraines at the age of 11, followed by hormonal imbalances in my 20s. In search of relief, I explored a wide spectrum of healing approaches—from natural skincare and nutrition to conventional Western medicine. Around that time, I was introduced to movement therapy through fascia yoga, functional training, and other embodiment practices. This journey deepened my connection to the body and led me to complete a 500-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal, eventually sharing my knowledge as a teacher.

Earlier in life, my mother introduced me to Reiki Level 1 and 2 and nurtured my love for music by enrolling me in early childhood music education at the age of five. Her influence played a vital role in shaping my path, eventually guiding me toward traditional Himalayan sound healing—another profound modality I now use in my holistic work.

Today, I’m training as a holistic health coach, weaving together Eastern and Western naturopathic traditions with insights from syntropic agriculture. My Caribbean-European heritage further enriches this approach, grounding my work in cultural diversity and holistic integration.

I believe that a resilient gut and a well-balanced endocrine system are the foundation of long-term vitality, emotional regulation, and hormonal harmony. The gut is deeply connected to immune function, mental clarity, and the production of essential hormones. Likewise, our endocrine system governs everything from mood to reproductive health. When these systems are in balance, we experience more ease, flow, and vitality.

I support this balance by guiding clients in integrating movement, sound, breath, energy work, and nutrition into their daily lives. My work also emphasises nervous system regulation, recognizing that deep healing requires a felt sense of safety in the body. Through trauma-informed, somatic practices, I help clients reconnect with themselves from the inside out.

For women and menstruating individuals, I offer support in reconnecting with the natural rhythm of the menstrual cycle—working with nutrition, rest, and movement to align with each phase. Honouring the cyclical nature of the body restores hormonal rhythm and fosters deeper self-awareness.

Rooted in my love for the natural world, I also draw inspiration from seasonal living and earth-based wisdom. Syntropic principles and ancestral food traditions guide my approach to nourishment and wellness, helping others realign with nature’s cycles to build true resilience—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
